All Tee Times booked Online require a valid Credit Card. We would like to ensure our customers that when entering your information, you are using a Secure URL. We use 128 Bit SSL Data Encryption, but do not show this in your browser because of 'Framing' that takes place to provide seamless integration with our Tee Time Reservation Software. If you would like to see the actual 'Secure' URL, please contact our Golf Shop.

Booking an Online Tee Time will also enter you in our "E-Specials Club", providing periodic emails for exclusive coupons, discounts, special events, and of course, Tee Time Specials. Entering is FREE, and your information is held in confidence. We will only use the info you provide for our markteing efforts and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Online Tee Times - Policies & Procedures

Thank you for choosing to reserve your tee time on-line with us here at Stonewall Orchard Golf Club. It is certainly a convenience that benefits both parties. It is our endeavor to provide the public a country club environment in a relaxed atmosphere. For this, we ask that you read over the following policies and procedures that are strictly enforced to ensure a great experience for everyone.

Internet Reservation Policies

  • Internet Reservations may be made up to 10 days in advance for 2-8 players.
  • Singles can reserve tee times by calling the golf shop at 847-740-4890.
  • A valid credit card number and email address is required for all on-line tee times.
  • Requested reservations for more than 8 players or for more than 10 days in advance can be made by calling the golf shop at 847-740-4890
  • A valid email address will be a vital tool for making a secure tee time and receiving email confirmations when you book or modify/cancel your tee time.

Dress Code
(please inform your golfing partners)

  • Collared Shirts Required for Men Proper Golf attire for Women.
  • No jeans or jean shorts allowed.
  • Golf Shoes required with Non-Metal Spikes.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations or modifications must be made 24 hours in advance of your tee time or earlier.
  • Cancellations and modifications within 24 hours of your tee time MUST be made by calling the golf shop 847-740-4890. **You will receive email confirmation for all modifications and cancellations to your tee time from us when you call the golf shop to do so. Please keep for your records.
